Two journeys, one shared vision
Privilege Properties grew from the meeting of Mel and Léa, two French expatriates with complementary expertise.
Coming from Dubai, Mel brings her experience in property sales and off-plan developments. Based in Marrakech, Léa contributes first-hand local knowledge shaped by luxury property management and interior decoration.
Their experience led them to the same conclusion: catalogues were often similar, exclusive listings were scarce and property selection deserved greater care.
They created the agency they would have wanted to meet themselves: a human-scale firm combining the rigour of a major agency with a warm, direct and personal relationship. An agency genuinely committed to every project, down to the details.

Most of our properties are entrusted to us exclusively. Some are also offered confidentially, off-market, to buyers whose search matches them.
For off-plan developments, we rigorously select developers based on a documented track record and several completed projects. Their previous developments are an essential part of our assessment.
