Terms and conditions

These terms govern the real estate services offered by Privilege Properties: introductions for property purchases and sales, long-term rentals, off-plan projects, as well as interior furnishing and decoration.

Any request made on the site is a request for study, not a commitment. A viewing, an offer or a mandate only becomes effective once confirmed in writing by our team.

Listings, surface areas and displayed prices are indicative and expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). They may change without notice depending on availability and the owner’s instructions. Final information is confirmed at the offer stage and upon signature of contractual documents.

Displayed rents are per month; charges may apply depending on the property. Deposit, payment and inventory-of-fixtures terms are set out in the lease agreement.

Privilege Properties acts as an intermediary between buyers, tenants and owners. The conclusion of preliminary agreements, leases and notarial deeds falls to the parties and the qualified professionals.

Property descriptions are prepared with the greatest care from information provided by owners; they do not bind Privilege Properties beyond the signed contractual documents.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will first be addressed through an amicable resolution.
