Particular attention is paid to titles, permits and applicable documents, with checks carried out by qualified professionals. This process allows us to present a documented selection and provide the information you need to decide.

Are all your properties listed on the website?

No. Some properties are offered with complete confidentiality, off-market, without public listing. A majority of our properties are also entrusted to us on an exclusive basis. By sharing your criteria, you gain access to a selection tailored to your search, including properties that do not appear on the website.

What are your fees?

For a sale, our fees amount to 2.5% excl. VAT, i.e. 3% incl. VAT, of the sale price, payable by each party: buyer and seller.

For a long-term rental, our fees correspond to one month’s rent, payable by each party: tenant and owner.

Furnishing and rental management services are subject to a proposal tailored to your project. Agency fees are separate from the other costs associated with the purchase, in particular notary and registration fees.

Can you help me furnish and decorate my property?

Yes. Our support can continue after the purchase with the furnishing and interior decoration of your property. Together we define an approach suited to your tastes, budget and intended use, whether for your personal use or for rental.
